SYB（START YOUR BUSINESS） is short for “Start Your Business”, which is an essential part of the “Start and Improve Your Business” (SIYB) training series. Developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO), it is a tailored training program for individuals who have the desire to start their own small and medium-sized enterprises. Entrepreneurship training, as a program developed by the ILO, aims to cultivate entrepreneurs in micro and small businesses. After being introduced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to China, it has been piloted in some provinces and cities, and has achieved good results.
